Important Notice About Refund Deductions (Government Taxes on COD Orders)

As per Government of Pakistan regulations (effective July 1, 2025), all courier companies are required to deduct and deposit:

  • 2% Income Tax

  • 2% Sales Tax

on all Cash on Delivery (COD) payments collected from customers.
These deductions are made directly by courier companies and remitted to the government treasury, not retained by AzizBhai.


🧾 Refund Policy for COD Orders

If you placed a COD order and later requested a refund:

  • 4% of your total order amount (2% Income Tax + 2% Sales Tax) will be deducted, as these taxes are non-refundable.

  • Shipping charges (both delivery and return) will also be deducted from your refund.

✅ Example Calculation

If your order total was Rs. 10,000:

  • 4% Govt Tax Deduction: Rs. 400

  • Shipping Charges: Rs. 300
    👉 Refund Amount = Rs. 10,000 – Rs. 400 – Rs. 300 = Rs. 9,300

We appreciate your understanding, as these deductions are mandatory government taxes, not controlled by our store.

If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’ll gladly offer an exchange, replacement, or refund within the terms outlined below.


🕑 How to Start a Return

To begin a return or exchange:

  2. Our support hours are 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Monday–Saturday).

  3. Once approved, please send the parcel to:

✅ Return & Exchange Terms

  • You have 15 days after receiving your order to request a return or exchange.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Include all accessories, manuals, and original boxes.

  • Returns will only be accepted if items are in sellable condition and properly packed.

  • Customers must bear the shipping cost for returned or exchanged items.

  • Please ensure no tape or writing is on the original product packaging.


📸 Proof of Condition

To ensure a fair claim process:

  • Customers must record a video while opening the parcel.

  • Claims without an unboxing video, or videos recorded after opening, will not be accepted.


💰 Refund Process

  1. After receiving your returned parcel, we’ll inspect it within 2 business days.

  2. Refunds are processed within 2–4 business days after approval.

  3. Refunds are made via bank transfer or Easypaisa — please share complete details when requested.

  4. We’ll send you a screenshot of the refund transaction once it’s completed.

Note: Even for “Free Delivery” items, courier charges (usually Rs. 300–500) will be deducted since couriers charge for every shipment.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Perishable items (food, flowers, etc.)

  • Beauty or personal care products

  • Gift cards

  • Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

  • AzizBhai reserves the right to decline return or exchange requests that don’t meet these guidelines.
